Entrepreneurial Partner Model - Europe - Self-employed
BLUNATECH is further expanding its European country partner network. We are looking for entrepreneurial leaders to build up our partner countries such as Spain, Portugal, Greece, Denmark, Austria, and Norway.

Your Task
You will build your own partner network in your country.
- Building a partner network
- Selection and qualification of partners
- Leadership and development of local partners
- Ensuring quality in customer outreach
- Establishing BLUNATECH in the respective market
You do not work operationally in day-to-day micro-tasks. You build a partner network that sustains itself.
Your Role
You act as an entrepreneurial Country Partner.
- Market entry and growth in your region
- Building and leading your partner network
- Selecting the right local partners
You work closely with us but manage your country independently.
Requirements
- Perfect command of the respective national language
- German at a professional working level (at least B2)
- Proven network within the entrepreneurial community
- Experience in building or leading partner networks or sales organizations
- Ability to lead and develop people
- Clear results orientation
You can assess people. You make decisions. You take responsibility.

Compensation
You benefit from the closings within your partner network and the ongoing revenue of your partners. As the partner base grows, a scalable income with significant potential is created. In established markets, annual revenues from six figures to high six figures are realistic.
